Indoor Training with Solly
Don't stop training just because the season is over!  Coach Solly offers indoor sessions to those interested in further developing their technical skills.  Sessions are an hour and a half and last seven weeks.

Skills developed will include those outlined below:

Ball Control, learning all aspects:
 * Juggling - in place and on the move, learning to better control the ball
 * Trapping - using all of the body, first touch
 * Dribbling - foot skills to move the ball; working 1 v 1

Passing:
 * Passing - long and short, working 2 v 2

Tactics:
 * Vision - seeing the entire field
 * Distribution - finding teammates
 * Supporting - a key to success
 * Understanding - insights to soccer

Physical Conditioning:
 * Stretching - getting ready to play
 * Stamina - play the entire game
 * Agility - body control
