Don't stop training just because the season is over! Coach Solly offers indoor sessions to those interested in further developing their technical skills. Sessions are an hour and a half and last seven weeks.
Skills developed will include those outlined below:
Ball Control, learning allaspects: * Juggling - in place and on the move, learning to better control the ball * Trapping - using all of the body, first touch * Dribbling - foot skills to move the ball; working 1 v 1
Passing: * Passing - long and short, working 2 v 2
Tactics: * Vision - seeing the entire field * Distribution - finding teammates * Supporting - a key to success * Understanding - insights to soccer
Physical Conditioning: * Stretching - getting ready to play * Stamina - play the entire game * Agility - body control
